PANAREA The most ancient of the islands, it used to be the largest. Today it is the smallest, the most mundane and the only one to have its own archipelago. Basiluzzo, Spinazzola, Dattilo, Bottaro, Lisca Bianca are the remainder of its ancient grandeur.

STROMBOLI The natural light-house of ancient sailors, continuously and noisily erupting in the middle of the Mediterranean sea. Its inhabitants dwell on it with the respect and deep bound that arise from their sense of precariousness. If it is true that those who distance themselves from nature loose their soul, this is the right place to find it again.

FILICUDI Filicudi is a special place – its name means serenity. As soon as you depart from it, you start yearning to come back, to discover its secret, and maybe to live here, in peace with yourself and with the rest of the world.

ALICUDI The volcanic island of our dreams, a bit apart from the others. But it could as well be isolated, in the middle of the ocean, because this is the way it feels when you get there: no cars, no roads, only flights of steps, dry walls, terraced fields, silence. Choose it for yourself, but do not tell others.
